Friends can’t see me.

When I add someone to my Find My app and they add me back, I can see their location, but they can’t see mine. I’ve looked at all of my settings and everything is set so they should be able to see me.

I have the iPhone XS Max and running IOS 15.0, but this was happening before I installed 15.0.
