Battery drains out quickly at night after update

Hi guys,

Do anyone have an issue that the apple watch drains out super fast after update to watchOS 8?

I am using iPhone SE 2020 (iOS 15.0) and apple watch 6 (wOS 8.0), the battery now cannot even last for a night (10 hours approx.). I have also found that I am not able to turn off the touch feedback features after updated to wOS 8.0.

Please kindly share your thoughts and experience if you have similar issues.

If the battery drains too fast after an update, see all the replies to:

FWIW, in some cases, unpairing the watch, completely erasing it, then pairing and restoring the backup will resolve the battery draining issue after an update. (Simply unpairing and pairing again may not work.)

Also, some people have found that simply waiting a few days after an update resolves the battery draining problem.
