iPhone 13 Mini won’t charge on Mophie Wireless Charger.

For those coming to this question:

I had the same issue with my Mophie wireless pad and an iPhone 13 Pro - worked fine with my old phone, but the 13 wouldn't charge. I eventually figured out that I have to position it higher up than I expected - about half of the camera bulge has to be on the pad to get the 'hit zone' correct.

This is with one of Apple's leather cases on the phone.

Just in case anyone else hits this - play around with positioning, positioning the phone WAY higher than you did before. There may be an issue, but it could just be that the sweet spot is in an odd position.

Having the same issue. At night before going to bed, I set the phone down, making sure it’s centered squarely on the charger, the lightning symbols comes on, but disappears and goes away 2-3 seconds later. When I wake up in the morning, the phone hasn’t charged a bit.

This is a problem on multiple wireless chargers. It looks like it communicates, but 2-3 seconds later, the charging stops and cannot align it well enough to charge. It seems iPhone13 is not sensitive enough to pick up Qi chargers w/o MagSafe. That's disappointing since I have multiple Qi chargers that I've used for several years.

Still looking for the solution to why the iPhone 13 mini won’t charge on the mophie pad. Same issue: starts then stops. Please advise. Thanks

This is happening to me too! I bought my morphine charger with my iPhone 11 a few years ago. Now I have the 13 pro max and it won’t charge. It won’t charge my boyfriends 13 either.
