phone is not restarting

I have updated my iphone X software update to ios15 4 days ago. After it worked but all of sudden today i am not able to open any apps and also tried restarting phone but not working. I just get notification from all the apps. i can read but not able to any app. This is so frustrating. I am not able login to my work as i need to generate RSA passcode for which i need to use my phone app.

my manager need me on call but unfortunately i cant login to VDI.

I never update my phone to new version but there was security update so i had to update to new version. Every time apple does this, new apple update never works with old phone. Do you really want every time buy new iPhone?

The iPhone X is not considered an old device. And I’m sure that this could happen on any device. For starters, try a force restart. https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios
