Data Storage

On Saturday evening, my wife and I received notices that our storage was nearing capacity on our two phones at almost 1 GB each. We increased capacity; paid the .99 cents and increased to 50 GB for both of us. Roughly, we should have been under 4%. capacity. Today we received notice that we have less than 10% storage available and we should upgrade to 250 GB. Thoughts?
