iTunes 12.12.1 syncing music issues

Is anyone having music syncing issues after 12.12.1 update on PC win 10 to iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 15.

I added couple of songs via drag and drop to iTunes and it won’t sync the files over even my playlist don’t update.

I tried adding other files and it didn’t sync. I also rebooted my pc and iPhone.

all my windows updates are current.

please help!
