Blurred Videos

Can someone please help? I recently took dance videos on my phone but when I check the video its blurry even if its on 4K at 60fps. Is there a way to solve this? Thank you in advance

ipad 6th gen video too bright to see but fine on iphone 13 pro max I transferred a hockey video from my iphone 13 pro max to my ipad 6th gen and vid appears too bright on the ipad to view. I transferred the vid using airdrop.

Are only the dance videos blurry? For example, if you shoot video right now with the same settings, do you get the same result?
