Can I backup my Photo in my MacBook to iCloud? I have 300GB of Photo on my MacBook and wanted to use Apple iCloud as a backup. Besides all my other Apple devices.

Upgrading you iCloud Storage Plan:
Yes, if enough space is available on your iCloud Storage Plan. So, upgrade it, if need be. Go here: iCloud+ Plans and Pricing - Apple Support. Use the Photos option in the the iCloud settings on your device.
