Cannot accept terms and conditions

Hello, I recently created an iTunes account, however it will not let me accept Apple's terms and conditions. I click "continue" only to be told I must accept the terms and conditions. However there is no way to accept them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, I am not allowed to sign in until I "accept the terms and conditions", and I cannot use my iPod Classic at all. As you can see, there is no option to accept the terms and conditions anywhere on either screen.

I discovered the solution to this. Apple does not allow you to accept the terms and conditions unless you are on an Apple product that has the application necessary to accept the ToS, or you install Apple Music, which is the method I had to use. This post details it all

Hello Kayla_fumo! Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

We understand that you’re unable to accept the terms and conditions for the iTunes app. We'd like to look into this with you to see how we can help.

Manage and use your Apple ID - Apple Support -- We noticed one of the screenshots you provided states that your Apple ID hasn’t been used in the iTunes Store. When you click on “Review” you should be taken to your Apple ID account page. Review all of the answer that you’ve provided. Make sure you have a valid payment method, and that the information is correct. Make sure your billing address matches the address your card statements are sent to as well. See if you can accept the Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions now.

If selecting the button doesn’t take you to your Apple ID account page, you can go to your account page on your own and make sure the information is correct. Once you’ve determine it’s fine, please restart your Windows PC and see if you can complete setting up iTunes for Windows.

Make it a great day!
