when i access itunes store(windows computer), i see the money top right.

but it can't be clicked(it's just like background picture).


i use a credit card for the purchase usually.

bought gift card(redeem code) in 2011(maybe 2012) once, spent all at that time.

i subscribe apple music annual plan, so i don't know what that cost($7.18) means.


is anybody that knows about it here?

The amount that you see could be a remaining gift card balance or credit on your Apple ID. You can check your Apple ID balance using the steps if the following resource: Check your Apple ID balance.


If you feel the amount is incorrect sign out of the iTunes Store and sign back in. Let us know the results. Please include any other steps that you may have tried.
