As usual, my computer works fine until Apple sends an update and then the problems start.
Once I downloaded Safari 15 at Apple's constant urging, anytime I try to save a webpage I get "cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer."
I called APPLECARE and they can only offer work arounds, not fix the problem.
I'm sure many are having the same problem, but APPLECARE seemed entirely shocked and surprised by the problem.

There is a temporary workaround to open the .webarchive files in Safari.
In macOS System Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> General, then click the "Open Anyway" button. This will work for an hour at the time before you have to repeat the process.

There have recently been many reports of a broad range of new problems on this support site about the latest release of Safari v15. It is included in the downloads for Big Sur and Catalina. If you are experiencing these problems, you can use another browser such as Firefox or Chrome and they will work for you until a newer version of Safari is released.
