Unblock ALL blocked phone numbers at once

Can I unblock ALL previously blocked phone numbers/contacts AT ONCE instead of one at a time? I have 100’s of blocked phone numbers. Individually unblocking each number within >>settings-phone-blocked contacts<< by swiping to unblock or using edit takes roughly 20 -30 seconds after swiping to unblock a single contact before allowing to move onto the next contact I’d like to unblock. iOS 15.0 (8+) TY!
