Reference Code: AFE-1004

My wifi router had to be reset, with a new password. Now the Apple TV box won’t connect. The television is connected to wifi. The Apple TV box is connected to the television via the HDMI cable. When I turn on the television, and click on the Spectrum TV app, I get an error message with the Reference Code : AFE-1004. What to do?
