Unable to transfer Octopus Card to a new iPhone

Hey guys,


I have added an Octopus Card to my old iPhone, but it was broken a few months ago.

Recently, I purchased a new iPhone and tried to add the original Octopus Card to Apple Pay.

However, the card cannot be added.


I tried to remove the card using iCloud, but it kept saying "Removal Pending".

Then I also tried to remove the old iPhone from my account, but still no luck.

The card still cannot be added to the wallet.

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with not being able to add an existing Octopus card to your new iPhone and also not being able to remove your old iPhone from your account. You may need to get a new Octopus card.
