Mail - SMTP not working on all email accounts

All SMTP service stopped working on my Macbook Air.


I removed all accounts from Mail, including iCloud, and started from scratch setting up only my iCloud account for Mail.


Incoming works but outgoing give me this message:

Connections to the server “p62-smtp.mail.me.com” on the default ports timed out.


I've tried setting up another SMTP using smtp.mail.me.com with the same result.


What am I doing wrong?

Hi, Tracks101, and thanks for reaching out. We see that you're having issues with the SMTP server on your Mac. We'll be glad to help out.


To begin, have you attempted to use Connection Doctor to see if it provides any insights as to why this is happening? Use Connection Doctor in Mail on Mac
