My mail settings keep changing. The outgoing mail server settings keep changing from smtp.xxxinternet.net to mail.xxxinternet.net.

Why does my mail server settings keep changing in the Apple mail app? I have a M1 MacBook Pro with the latest software.

I change it to what works and then a couple of days later it changes back and won't send emails. I receives email just fine
