numbers 11.2 in catalina?

I'm running MacOS 10.15 (Catalina). I have Numbers 11.1.

I'm interested in the new features of Numbers 11.2. If I look in the App Store>Numbers, I see 11.2 in the version history.

In the description, there is one feature with an asterisk next to it that says it is Monterey only, but otherwise, I don't see anything that indicates that I shouldn't be able to run Numbers 11.2 in Catalina, however this update doesn't show up under App Store>Updates for me.

Why am I not seeing this update? Anything I can do to "force" my Mac to update me to Numbers 11.2?
