Greetings, mouazam64.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We know that having a working speaker on your MacBook Air is vital, so it’s understandable that you’d want to resolve your Mac being stuck in headphone mode.

Start by making sure your MacBook is clean. Ensure that there is no dust or debris in the headphone port: How to clean your Apple products

If the issue continues, reset your NVRAM: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac

We hope this helps! Thanks for being a part of the community.
