iCloud Drive upload incredibly slow

I have a lot of pictures on my photos like 20K

I'm trying hard to upload them on iCloud but it's very very slow

I tried to upload the same photos and file to another cloud service and it works perfectly and very fast I was able to upload them in 3 hours only!!

the question is: Why do I have to wait 10 days maybe months to upload my photos on iCloud, and when I asked my friends I noticed that all of them having the same issue.

IS THERE ANY SOLUTION APPLE SUPPORT?!!
