It shows Whastapp storage is full. I bought for 9,99€ the i-cloud big capacity. 10 days ago. But nothing changes. I can not send any pictures and documents through Whatsapp and I can not do thr update! The uo-dates 14 and 15 doesn’t work

From our understanding, your iPhone storage is full even after purchasing more iCloud space. We can certainly understand your concern and can help provide some insight.
Please keep in mind, purchasing more iCloud storage will not change the devices physical storage capacity. In order to do this you will have to manually delete any unwanted files to make space.
