Error -21345 on AirPrint Scan

Did anyone succeed in getting rid of the -21345 - I have it on 2 Big Sur 11.6 Macs, no issues at all on a Catalina 10.15.7 Mac.

I've tried through the HP EasyScan and the Printer/Scanner option in settings on my iMac with the same results. The error message is (com.apple.imagecapture error 704.) Image Capture 9921 Error Message I have a MacBook Air running MacOS Monterey. When trying to scan from an HP Laserjet Pro MFP M277dw I get an error message "The operation could not be completed (com.apple.imagecapture error 4294957375.) (-9921). I have restored the HP Printer back to factory settings and removed and re-added the printer on the Mac but the issue persists. Any suggestions to resolve?

Hey dirk_w_b,

We understand you're getting an AirPrint error. We noticed you reviewed this article 'You do not have permission to open the application' when using a scanner on Mac. The error message you're getting is addressed in this article: If your HP printer doesn't work and you see a warning that HP software '...will damage your computer'
