Video Streaming not working

Hi,

maybe someone already has a working solution for this issue:

Streaming of DRM protected video via subscription does not work for me on my iPhone 13 Pro and iOS 15.0.1.

Apps affected for me are all of Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ as well as Netflix.

I don‘t have other subscriptions to try more.

But all of the above present the same kind of error to me: Video can not be loaded, try again later.

I can watch video trailers on Netflix though.

What I tried so far:

iPhone 11 and iOS 15.0.1: working fine.

But on my iPhone 13 Pro:

Stream random YouTube Videos: working fine.

Stream any video via Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+: not working.

Re-installing the apps: not helping.

Re-starting the phone: not helping.

Switching from WiFi to Mobile Data: not helping.

Switching the APN from IPv4 to IPv6 and back: not helping.

Contacting Netflix support: not helping.

Downloading Video first, then watch: Not helping.

My guess by now … this is either an issue with iOS or some really strange issue with my carrier (but what would that be, if neither mobile data not WiFi are working?)

Any idea what could be wrong on my end?

I had the exact same issue and ended up erasing all content on the 13 pro and starting over. I did restore to a back up a just made in iCloud. I am happy to report that I can stream using all my apps now. Last week, I transferred my information from my iPhone X to a 13 pro. I did not choose the manual setup and chose the transfer option. I wish I chose the manual setup because it was easy and it seems the issue with streaming was caused by the transfer somehow.

Same issue. I still have my old iPhoneXs and i restore everything I have from the iCloud (backup my iPhone 13 pro) and all streaming app like Netflix, Disney + and amazon prime videos are all working in my iPhone Xs In iOS 15.0.2 but still not working in my iPhone 13 pro, getting the same error code. It's a pain to reset all your settings especially if your using security app, for work. Like rsa token, symantec token and aunthenticator. You have to set it up again with your company administrators 😩. We shouldn’t be having this issue. The reason we upgraded because it should be better than the old iPhone model.
