I have been all weekend in areas with no 5G coverage but LTE instead. My iPhone 13 pro was showing 5 bars and “LTE” in the status bar. I was not able to access the internet, only phone calls. Is this an iPhone 13 specific issue?

Yes I saw that. None of the available settings made any difference with the issue
