M1 iMac missing ethernet driver

G'day I'm connecting a OWC thunderbolt pro dock ( with the 10GBe port ) to a M1 iMac, on System Report the iMac sees the dock correctly. However the ethernet driver in the PCI section shows the driver installed as "no" the other two devices both show up as "yes".

Connecting my M1 MacBook Pro instead to the dock & the 10GBe works correctly & the ethernet driver shows up as "Aquantia AQC107" & driver installed is "yes"

The iMac is running 11.6 & the MBP is 11.2.3

I can't find a MacOS driver for the AQC107, & am unsure what to do.
