OS 15 Upgrade issues - Swinging Top Bar

After OS 15 upgrade, I see top bar consisting of (Date, Signal, Battery) dancing some time while trying to open app and for a second the Top bar swings down and goes back for a second, Weird issues.

Also have touch issues and even re-installed OS in Apple Store, No use. Not sure how these defects got missed during testing ?

I have this as well!

I have a new iPhone 13 pro and even though its a new phone once in a while the same issue happens.

It is intermittent but really annoying

I have restarted my phone etc but still it happens from time to time.

Apple is yet to fix it and after recent update it happens more often now, reached Apple by no response didn’t expect this from Apple
