Where is the imovie extension in photos?

It seems since the latest iOS upgrade you can no longer access the More button (the 3 dots) in the Photos app to be able to edit in iMovie while within the Photos app. I thought I got around it by changing to Preserve Settings under Camera but it only worked briefly before disappearing again. Is there a way to get this back or is it gone forever? It seems silly to make so many upgrades to the iPhone camera but take away the options to work with the pictures and videos through Photo.

Photo Stream Vanished After updating my 14 Pro to 16.2…photo stream disappeared. Looked in iCloud but there is no longer a selection to use photo stream. what am I missing? Photo stream is critical.
