How to remove hyperlinks from a large selection in Pages all at once?

Hi, I am constantly having to select text I copied from our website and using it for grants. I need an easy way to remove all hyperlinks from a selection in Pages all at once, not one at a time. One at a time is not time effective. When right clicking I see no option to remove hyperlinks. This is a simple action in MS Word. What's the equivalent action in Pages? How can I do this in the most recent version of Pages (it is the year 2021, so not former versions of this). Thanks.
