If you subscribe to iTunes Match, then your music is stored in iCloud and you may access it. If not, the only access you will have is through your computer’s backup once it is restored to the successor computer, or directly from the CDs to your replacement computer.

Repair or replace your computer. Then restore its backup to the working computer.
