I just got the iPhone 13 pro which has moved the remote app into the control center. It stopped picking up my Apple TV. I've tried restarting my Apple TV several times and it still won't pick it up. It's a 4th generation. Help!

Set up the Apple TV Remote on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Verify that both devices are on the same home network. Same as with the old app.
Verify that both devices have up-to-date system software.
Try restarting both the iPhone and Apple TV.
If you still can't set up the Apple TV Remote, contact Apple Support.

I have this too. Just stopped working. Have repaired no problem. Also the calibration popped up a notification once now never again. Can’t calibrate anymore.
Silly thing that seems basic -- is your phone bluetoothed to the ATV4? I was having trouble getting the phone to recognize my ATV, linked them via bluetooth, huzzah, connected, remote works.
