Apple order never delivered by Uber Eats

Hello, I am desperate! I made an order and received the email by Apple confirming it was delivered but I never got a tracking number. There is just one button to “track shipment” which goes directly to an Uber Eats else site saying to “enjoy my order” and that it has been delivered. The order was never received at my courier address, I am not from the US and have called Apple 3 times with no luck or solution, over one hour on the phone which is very expensive for me. They just told me that I need to contact Uber Eats but I have no idea what to say or where can I find their information! Please help!

I place a order last night and they sent my order with a Uber driver and I’m not in United state it’s a carrier address also hopefully it’s delivered for real

They keep saying that they need to get the iPhone back so they can make my refund or replacement, and that I should go to the police!! It’s been 2 weeks and still got nothing 😔😔😔😔

That was exactly my case but I guess there’s a small probability that what happened to me also happens to you, hopefully it’s not the case! And now you know to just contact Apple for any assistance, it took so muy time from me to explain the situation but they refunded me the amount. I hope you get your order just fine!

Glad! I actually did exactly the same ordered from the US from India. however my order was actually delivered today in the US.

I had many payment issues though and since Indian support wasn't open after 9 PM IST. I had to find a way to call USA Support. And thanks to the Internet I found that one can call US toll free through slype's app for free!!! and my issue was resolved!

PS: I got scared after reading your issue :)

They ask for my order information which I do not have since I made my order on Apple.com and didn’t know they would use Uber for the delivery
