[Bootcamp Assistant] Can’t install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server.

I'm able to download by clicking Action > Download Windows Support Software. But, it always shows the below error message on installing.

How do I fix this issue?

In macOS Terminal, can you run the following two commands post their output. If Action -> Download works, but BCA gives you this error message, it may be an unstable network connection.

Here are examples of each command and the corresponding output.

ping -c3 swcdn.apple.com

I have tried with the same Macbook (All the same only OS difference, this Mac install Catalina), it works as below.

  1. The first installation shows the same error.
  2. I click Action > Download Windows Support Software and save it to the Downloads folder.
  3. Try install again. It works.

But on the Big Sur, it always failed.

So I have another question: Do you know how to install Windows without using BootCamp?

Can I use the command line to install?

I have a mistake in saying Catalina works fine.

Bootcamp automatically selects the iso file, and then I install Windows 10 on Catalina works fine but won't work for Windows 11 (my mistake here). I think Bootcamp doesn't support installing Windows 11 yet.

Search on Google. I found a way to install Windows 11 by replacing the install.wim file in the Windows 10 iso by install.wim file of Windows 11. I hope this helps someone else with the same issue as me.

Thank you again for your helping, Loner.
