Disney watch face graphic disappears since upgrade of watch OS

I am also experiencing this! I updated my apple 6 watch last night and now Micky has disappeared. I have tried deleting the watch face and reinstalling but it made no difference.

This is very disappointing as Iv only had the watch about a week and their are faults.

Same. It's been happening with my Minnie Mouse face for about a month. If I reset the watch, the face would come back but disappeared again after a few hours. I've been through multiple calls with Apple, had an hour-long visit to the Genius Bar, endured countless text chats, and finally sent the watch in for repair and ... they sent it right back because they couldn't duplicate the problem. Um, yes, because they only kept it an hour and then gave up. I am super frustrated and see from this thread the problem isn't just with my watch ... Apple, you need a fix here! And soon! I'm about to see if the store I bought it from would make an exception to their return policy since Apple is not willing/able to repair it.

It happens on both our watch 6 too. Both after OS8 update. Apple support useless on this one.

Same issue, with both Mickey and Minnie. Complications still visible, and, if I tap the screen, they still talk.

Same problem on series 6 also after updating to 8.0.1. It also happens with the memoji face. It just disappear.

Memoji, Mickey and Kaleidoscope. None of them works. It's something with the dynamic background.

The same thing happens with series 7 with OS 8.0.1 as well... Hopefully they can get it fixed as soon as possible as I miss my Minnie Mouse a lot.

The problem persists on Series 6 after upgrading to 8.1.

This did not help. I have tried reset and have made sure the Minnie face is selected but it is still not appearing. Only the complications and sound.

Mickey disappears on Apple Watch 6 since update too. Complications stay and he talks but there’s a black space. I have to turn watch off then on and he reappears. Using app on my phone doesn’t help at all.

8.0.1 fixed this issue for my wife’s watch!
