Apple tv+ subscription access on web browser on PC

I shared my Apple tv sub with friend and is confirmed in my family group however when she attempts to access Apple tv via web browser on a PC with her Apple ID it states she can start a free trial?

What step are we missing to allow her to access tv sub as I paid for the year subscription?

Thanks- I do not need the article on "All the ways to watch Apple Tv and more" as that does not state anything about a shared account, only starting a free trial.

Can she borrow an Apple device/computer and sign in there to see if she can access the subscription successfully?
