Imac New for Old

Never had a problem with apple, infact I have 5 Imacs in my house plus macbooks. The latest Imac decides to die on me 3months into use. Then it took approximately 2 weeks for the computer to get repaired with Unisys and when it came back, all they did was cleaned the outside with Mr. Sheen. Computer still not working. Now it has been 7 weeks since the computer died and I still have it in my possession and people in apple keep blaming the person in the other department for not doing there job. This is a simply resolution. Send out a new Imac, Organise Courier to pick up old one. That seems to be toooooooooooooooo hard. 1 week and counting to organise a courier. How much longer?
