My account disabled to iTunes

When I purchased products in the ITunes, my bank updated my debit card without notice or ignored by me. I still use my old bank card to make purchases. Apple suddenly blocked my account. When I complained, Apple’s customer service told me that my account was permanently deleted. How can I restore my account?

If Apple told you the account is permanently disabled, it is.


Apple reserves the right to disable your account.

Most likely they have found suspicious activity on the account leading up to this.
