Hello,
I recently got an Iphone 13 pro and I am not happy. It keeps on disconnecting from carplay whenever I try to play music. Google maps works perfectly but it disconnects as soon as I ask Siri to play music on spotify.
I have checked all my settings. Everything seems fine.
If someone could please help me out with this.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with playing music through CarPlay when connecting your iPhone 13 Pro. We'd like to help.
Which iOS are you currently running? Let's see if changing a setting helps. Head to Settings > Music > EQ (under Audio). Is that on or off. Toggle it off, if it's on, and see if that helps! Change the way music sounds on iPhone

I have the same problem, not only music, calls too, I had the iPhone 7 for 5 years until about a month ago, never had this issue, with the 13 it keeps disconnecting! and when it is connected there is delay (slow) to respond , like if I wanna answer a call and press the green bottom to take the call, it takes a few seconds to respond to the command, please help fixing this , I don’t like this phone, I was in love with the 7, this one doesn’t feel like an upgrade, more like downgrade , it’s 13 pro max with the latest IOS update , thank you
