Window pickup time

Hi, yesterday I bought an Iphone 13 pro, and I have two questions please. The first one is, my check-in window for the inshore pickup in Grand Central Terminal is settled for today at 4:45pm and 5:00pm but today the third party that will go and get my order can't be there. She's arriving tomorrow at NY and she will go tomorrow to pick it up it as soon as she can. Is there any problem with that? Im notifying this, anyway because I saw in the policy that once I payed for the instore pickup it will be held for 14 days until I pick it up right??

And the other question is: I bought a similar model available and I wanted to know if any model we buy is unlocked for any carrier even if it is a "similar model available"?
