Zoom virtual background support issue on MacBook Pro 2013 with Intel Core i5 CPU

Hi ,

my MacBook pro is (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) with processor 2.4GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5. OS is Big Sur version 11.6. Before I upgrading to Big Sur OS, I can use Zoom meeting's virtual background, however, after upgrading it, I can't use it anymore, and shows my system device not support it. I can still use the webcam on zoom, but just can not use virtual background anymore. it's so weird. if anyone can help me with solving this? wonder if it's driver issue on the webcam or something else?

Thank you

J
