No Option for Desktop and Documents

I got a new MacBook Air, and I want to transfer stuff from my old MacBook running Yosemite via my iCloud account. When I go to iCloud in my System Preferences and click on "Options", there is no option to check for "Desktop and Documents". Is it just not possible to do this? Am I missing something? Thanks!

Desktop and Documents was introduced in macS Sierra 10.12. That option is not available in Yosemite.
