Iphone 13 Pro delivery date issue

I have ordered an online iPhone 13 Pro on October 13th. At that time the delivery date was showing Nov 1 to Nov 4th, now when I check it shows Nov 8th to Nov 11th. What does that mean? I talked to customer service even they don't have a concrete answer. Also, after placing my order on Oct 3rd online I keep checking to pick it up from the nearby stores. But it's been 10days since I did not get a single data when your website says iPhone 13 pro is available for pick at stores nearby to me.

Does that mean apple stores are not shipment of devices every day? Or Representatives at apple stores are helping their friends and relatives to get the device when it is available at the store?

The reason is I am planning to travel out of the USA and need it before. If these delivery dates keep moving that doesn't make sense that other people who have placed online orders are a fool and those who have got the device by having contact with the store representatives. Please answer my question.
