Disabled iphone due to wrong passcode

Im facing issue with my iphone 12 pro max running on ios15

I just left my phone on charging and went to sleep one of my child entered wrong passwords and now phone is switched on but completely disabled

Its popped up that it should be connected to itunes

Now main issue here is that MY PHONE IS NOT BACKED UP I HAVE APPLE ID AND ITS PASSWORD AND EVERY detail.

How should i secure my data
