I just bought the iPhone 12 that was delivered yesterday and while I was transferring my data from iPhone XS I realised that I ordered the 64GB instead of the 256GB by mistake. I contacted apple and to my surprise Apple does not take returns, refund or replace a product after it has been delivered. I just needed them to replace the 64GB with a 256GB model but I was blatantly denied.
