When playing games on Apple TV 4K I used my Iphone as a game controller over the Remote App, but since the IOS15 update the Remote App does not work anymore and when I click on the remote from the control panel (on Iphone) then I am no longer offered the game icon. So I can’t drive Asphalt 8 with my phone on my TV anymore.

We also wanted to have you test using the Remote app as a game controller with other games available in the Apple Arcade. Make sure they are completely different than the Asphalt 8+ game you've used.
If you are able to test with games you've used before with the Remote app, that would work as well. We want to rule out those possible games as the issue.

Are you able to control any media content (like TV or Movies) with the Remote app?
Is the issue only when you try to play a games with Apple Arcade?
Have you updated to the latest iOS 15 version, 15.0.2?

Hello and thank you for your reply,
I can control all the media and everything.
But when I went to play games a little remote icon showed up and when I clicked it the remote changed in to a controller.
I’m now missing this icon when I load a game.
I have update to 15.02 yes and Apple TV 4K is up to date as well.
I have also tried Asphalt 8+ (arcade) and Asphalt 8(app store) and there was no icon inside the remote to change it to a game controller.

The remote control icon doesn’t shown in any game when I try it out.
So I’m guessing there is something wrong with the remote app? It’s not an app anymore since I can access it only from my control panel. The app doesn’t open anymore.
