DNS - Cannot access hostname

Can you help please? After returning home from office and connecting to my wifi I cannot access any page from my work hostname - cpas.cz. Ping to IP address is working as you can see below.

➜ ping cpas.cz
ping: cannot resolve cpas.cz: Unknown host

➜ ping 88.103.215.205
PING 88.103.215.205 (88.103.215.205): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 88.103.215.205: icmp_seq=0 ttl=245 time=13.297 ms
64 bytes from 88.103.215.205: icmp_seq=1 ttl=245 time=21.516 ms

➜ nslookup cpas.cz
Server: 192.168.1.1
Address: 192.168.1.1#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: cpas.cz
Address: 88.103.215.205

➜ cat /etc/resolv.conf
search dkm.cz
nameserver 192.168.1.1

I tried the following solutions but without effect:

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.6

Hi jezikk,

We understand that you're unable to access any pages from work hostname. Just to confirm, are you able to access other webpages?

Are you connected to a VPN? If so, does temporarily disabling the VPN resolve the issue? If it does, you may need to adjust the settings of the VPN to allow the connection.

Take care.
