iPad no longer charging. Changed the lightning cable as well as plugged directly into a charging USB hub. Still no luck to charge. I suspect I may have an internal problem. I also force started the iPad with the same issue.

Troubleshooting generally requires substitution of the Power Adapter and cable for another known-good item.
