My battery widget shows airpod and case battery levels when i open the case. Once after I closed the case a few seconds the airpod and the case battery levels disappeared (both).
what should i do?

It sounds like your AirPods charging status doesn't appear when the airPods are not in use and the case is closed.
We understand how important this is to you and we are here to help.
According to this article: Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life
It states the case must be open to view the battery if they are not in use.
