Pick up purchase inquiry

Hi, i'm from Perú and recently bought an apple watch 7 to pick ir up in NYC on 10/17 but my flight got delayed and will arrive by 10/25. From my country I can't seem to call the store don't know why. How can I live chat with someone or how long will the store hold my purchase?

Second, the customer service has absolutely no idea on what to do with Apple products. One spends many thousand grands on Apple products and have to talk for hours with customer service reps with the problem. Of course, the have no idea what to do. Apple watches 8 GPS ( no cellular ) Hi ! I want to buy an apple watches from the original apple store ( apple.com ). So I think that it counts as American apple store. And I want to buy from there the new Apple watch 8 with just the GPS. Will it work just fine or are there any issues I should look for ? Because if I wanted to buy them from the regional apple web (apple.com/cz) they will cost about 150 dollars more. From what I have read about it. It shouldnt be much of a problem, but the only thing which annoys me is the service. Will I be able to let them be repaired in Czech republic If I they found out that they were bought from the international apple store, and not the regional one ? Or is there anything more which I should reconsider ? Thanks for the tips !

Apple watch series 7 trying to purchase apple watch series 7 online and it doesn't seem to go through.. my billing address is different than my shipping address. I am stationed in Cairo, Egypt and the option isn't listed. Another issue is the delivery date.. only free delivery is an option... and that would take plenty of time. Please advise.
