I cannot add any tickets or boarding passes to my apple wallet

OMG so frustrating. Same issue. Clicking on the "add to wallet" button with Firefox did nothing. (Actually, a little loading bar zipped across the top --- so it looked like Firefox did it's bit, but then nothing showed up in Apple Wallet). Opened up the same page (ticketmaster) in Safari and it worked just like it was supposed to.

Safari method not working for me. Have tried my Mac and iPhone with both Safari and Google. Won't work via the Ticketek App either
Copy and paste the links into a browser to open in instead of just clicking on it from an email…doesn’t usually work if you just open from your confirmation email.
This is the answer. It MUST be done in Safari versus Google or Firefox. Another reason to dislike Apple.

I agree. I used to be able to add tickets. But once I’d added credit cards the option turned off. I’m also stuck.

I was trying to add the Avelo airlines boarding pass to my Apple wallet in Google chrome and nothing. But using Safari worked like a charm. 👍
Might have to do it through Safari instead of apps. Worked for me adding Knicks tickets purchased through Stubhub/Ticketmaster. Also make sure IOS is updated.
I cannot add some items to my Apple Wallet, the option is not there! Also I would like to add "Wallet" to the apps available when I have pressed the add icon the options do not include Wallet

The only way I could get the tickets in my wallet was to use Safari. Google/Chrome doesn't work.
No “Add To Apple Wallet” appears anywhere in the email with my movie tickets from Cineplex.
Thank you, using Safari on my iPhone 12 mini running 15.5 worked for me. Did not work with the other two browser apps I mostly use. Very illogical captain...
