Can’t add tickets to apple wallet

This is what happens when I push the add to apple wallet. When is apple fixing

Looking at tickets in Safari, see the add to wallet button, try to add and nothing happens.

best option is there. It’s just not working. It’s not the merchant. I’ve tried 2 different tix to two different events from two different merchants. It’s not working. Neither are the boarding passes. I have not a problem before with a boarding pass. So again the answer is not there. It would be great to get an actual reply with help rather than a reply that’s not helping. So please refrain from replying back if you cannot offer help.

I’ve added a concert ticket from the ticket master app onto my wallet but when I try to trigger it on my lockscreen (iPhone XR so by double clicking the off button) nothing happens? When I open the wallet app it says it’s added but I cant seem to trigger it onto the lockscreen.

the question was Oct 2021. the event is more than likely over long ago. Using safari is a good idea and in part of the instructions on Apple's Knowledge based article referenced at some in one of the answers.

Embarrassingly, I only ever use Safari on my iPhone. I hit Add To Apple Wallet button and either nothing happens or, like today, I get this: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” Yah. All in Safari. Oddly, when I tap GPay Save To Phone button, it appears to open in my Google wallet, which I didn’t even know I had. Except it’s still online in Safari. So now I’m downloading GPay, which I suppose is where I’ll find my Google wallet in app form. So I’ll have three wallet apps - Apple Wallet, Google wallet, and that stupid NYS wallet with my Covid vaccines

I know how to add to the Apple wallet so no need to send an explanatory link, the issue is that it is not working and says there’s a data problem? Does anyone from Apple support have a solution please?

I have the same issue with my season football tickets. I only use the Safari browser, hit "add to wallet" and it does nothing. The same thing happens when I open it using the Browns app. Going through Ticketmaster, other browsers, none of that helps. Wish we could get an actual answer, been broken all last season as well.

I can’t anything except a new cc to my wallet. The option isn’t there. I wanted to add my vax info and copy of insur card

Safari method not working for me. Have tried my Mac and iPhone with both Safari and Google. Won't work via the Ticketek App either
