I cannot add any tickets or boarding passes to my apple wallet
OMG so frustrating. Same issue. Clicking on the "add to wallet" button with Firefox did nothing. (Actually, a little loading bar zipped across the top --- so it looked like Firefox did it's bit, but then nothing showed up in Apple Wallet). Opened up the same page (ticketmaster) in Safari and it worked just like it was supposed to.

USE SAFARI and it will work.
Spent a ton of time on this and in the end if you login or whatever using Safari the button finally works. The frustration comes from there being no feedback or no notice you need to use a specific browser.
Secondly, there really should be an easier way to add passes. Like, click the plus inside Apple Wallet and scan a QR code?

Ditto. Feature to add tickets worked a few weeks ago. Now nothing happens when the Add to wallet button is selected.
Same problem. Hitting the Add to Apple Wallet does nothing. It has worked for me in the past.

Ugg! After hours of frustration, I finally figured out that to download your tickets into Apple wallet you must do it through Safari NOT Google. So simple after that!
Looking at tickets in Safari, see the add to wallet button, try to add and nothing happens.

If you click on the … on the bottoms, you can say “Open in browser”. From there you can add. At least that is what worked for me
Same problem. Don’t use the (NHL) app. Use your browser to go to Ticketmaster and do it that way. Works fine.
I found that with my iPhone 12 that I could add tickets to the Apple Wallet when I used Safari instead of Google.
