Blank black screen for Netflix on Safari

I have a MacBook Air 2020. Netflix and Prime Video have stopped working on my laptop. I have audio but no vision, just a black screen. Would anyone have a solution?

Thank you

Hello, dedancer.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are unable to see videos on Netflix and Prime Video when playing them in Safari.

Which version of macOS is currently installed on your MacBook Air? To check, go to  > About This Mac. We ask to help us determine if Safari is up to date.

We'd also like to have you test for the issue while your Mac is booted in Safe Mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

If video plays properly in Safe Mode, restart your Mac and test.

Let us know! Take care.
